From The West:-
Exit M65 At junction 10, take the third exit off the roundabout down 'Pendle Way', take third left onto 'Junction St'
and in the mill on the right we are Unit 2!
From The East:-
Leave M65 again at junction 10, take the final exit from the roundabout so to go back over the motorway, follow the instructions
above!
